We are located in Northeast Pennsylvania in a rural area West of Scranton. Hope Community Center has two business as mission operations that help fund the mission while employing participants. Overflow Thrift Shop (DBA) and Rise And Shine (LLC) are our two businesses located at 442 Cemetery Road in Moscow, Pennsylvania 18444.
